Located on a 5th generation farm is where you will find The Little Grey Farm Stay. The Farm is steeped in history from being a horse racing property to now being used for Primary Production. The Farm Stay has been lovingly restored to encapsulate the essence, calmness and tranquility that farm life has to offer. We welcome you to enjoy this piece of paradise with our family.
We love living on the land so much and have incorporated this through our grazing table company, using all local produce, home made and homemade produce. Pre order your graze for the ultimate in indulgence.

THINGS TO DO
Grand Prix Track

Located 4.5kms away- perfect location if you are wanting to enjoy all that the track has to offer. Over event weekends, undercover parking will be available.

Pre-order to enjoy the finest local produce from our grazing business 'Graze Farm to Plate' featuring home grown and house made specialties.
Farm Gate Sales
Craving some local produce? Ask us where the best farm gates are- including Bimbadeen, Omaru, Island Primary Produce and The Store we will give you a hint- they are only a stones throw away.
Phillip Island's Beaches
Some of the most beautiful beaches the Island has to offer are only a 2 minute drive away. See the rugged coast line at Berrys Beach or enjoy the calming waters at Ventnor.
Penguin Parade and The Nobbies
Keep your eyes peeled along the coast road for some Cape Barren Geese, Penguins in their burrows and Wallaby's all only a short drive away.

Phillip Island Winery is located 1.5kms approx away- enjoy a drink whilst listening to a local band and walk home up the hill!
